Yes, I know it looks like "Dragon" ( which is one of our best ), but, hey, what about that bottle! and this one has more concentration of pigment, it is a little deeper, and creamy... The infamous Blue 15, the one that everybody is talking about, the one they want to take out of our arsenal, the one that was always around, since the beginning of the blues in tattoo ink, everybody loves the 15, here it is, in a heavy mixture with a tiny bit of white, ready to do the talking.
